My name is Victor Carey. I am a medical doctor specialising in public health, specifically infectious disease, vaccines and immunisation.

My other passion is photography. I have been photographing for over forty years. When I was a teenager, I built a darkroom under my parents house (I was evicted from the bathroom!).

Digital photography has meant no more chemicals, but just as much enjoyment!

The photos on this site are a rather eclectic mix of photos I have taken since I started digital photography in 2001.
